The third generation cephalosporins include: cefcapene, cefdaloxime, cefditoren, cefetamet, cefixime, cefmenoxime, cefodizime, cefoperazone, cefotaxime, cefpimizole, cefpodoxime, ceftibuten, ceftriaxone. They have the advantage of convenient dosing schedules, but they are expensive. The fourth generation cephalosporins are extended-spectrum agents with similar activity against gram-positive organisms as first-generation cephalosporins. They also have a greater resistance to beta-lactamases (bacterial enzymes that may destroy antibiotic before it can do its work) than the third generation cephalosporins. Many fourth generation cephalosporins can cross blood brain barrier and are effective in meningitis. The fourth generation cephalosporins include: cefclidine, cefepime, cefluprenam, cefozopran, cefpirome, cefquinome. Cephalosporin side effects Cephalosporins generally cause few side effects. Common side effects associated these drugs include: diarrhoea, nausea, mild stomach cramps or upset. Approximately 5Ц10% of patients with allergic hypersensitivity to penicillins will also have cross-reactivity with cephalosporins. Thus, cephalosporin antibiotics are contraindicated in people with a history of allergic reactions (urticaria, anaphylaxis, interstitial nephritis, etc) to penicillins or cephalosporins. Cephalosporin antibiotics are classed as pregnancy category B. Fluoroquinolones Fluoroquinolones are the newest class of antibiotics. Their generic name often contains the root “floxacin”. They are synthetic antibiotics that belong to the family of antibiotics called quinolones. The older quinolones are not well absorbed and are used to treat mostly urinary tract infections. The newer fluoroquinolones are broad-spectrum bacteriocidal drugs that are chemically unrelated to the penicillins or the cephaloprosins. Because of their excellent absorption fluoroquinolones can be administered not only by intravenous but orally as well. Commonly used fluoroquinolones include ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin, sparfloxacin, clinafloxacin, gatifloxacin, ofloxacin, trovafloxacin. Fluoroquinolones side effects Fluoroquinolones are well tolerated and relatively safe. The most common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Other more serious but less common side effects are central nervous system effects (headache, confusion and dizziness), phototoxicity (more common with lomefloxacin and sparfloxacin). All drugs in this class have been associated with convulsions. Fluoroquinolones are classed as pregnancy category C. Tetracyclines Tetracyclines got their name because they share a chemical structure that has four rings. They are derived from a species of Streptomyces bacteria. Tetracycline antibiotics are broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agents, that inhibit bacterial protein synthesis. Tetracyclines may be effective against a wide variety of microorganisms, including rickettsia and amebic parasites. Tetracyclines are used in the treatment of infections of the respiratory tract, sinuses, middle ear, urinary tract, skin, intestines. Tetracyclines also are used to treat Gonorrhoea. Their most common current use is in the treatment of moderately severe acne and rosacea. The most commonly prescribed tetracycline antibiotics are: tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, oxytetracycline. Tetracycline side effects Drugs in the tetracycline class become toxic over time. Expired drugs can cause a dangerous syndrome resulting in damage to the kidneys. Common side effects associated with tetracyclines include cramps or burning of the stomach, diarrhea, sore mouth or tongue. Tetracyclines can cause skin photosensitivity, which increases the risk of sunburn under exposure to UV light. Very rarely severe headache and vision problems may be signs of dangerous secondary intracranial hypertension. Macrolides The macrolide antibiotics are derived from Streptomyces bacteria, and got their name because they all have a macrocyclic lactone chemical structure. I see upwards of 500 million to 1.5 billion coming into the kingdom in these last days, but the church of today will mostly act like the older brother in the prodigal parable and not come into the party of the prodigals. This is an image of the last days church being separate from the mainstream church and made up mainly of highways and biways people. The mighty signs and wonders will be in these home groups and churches and yet this will be labeled as the signs and wonders of the false prophets, what we will be called. The modern church has not got the power or vision by in large and so new people have to come into leadership and a new move, and ACTS church has to come where people will sell a house gladly and put all their shares into the offering before the stock market crashes in the future. The fight is on and Satan knows it, but will really feel it when I turn the first ocean to blood and the whole world stands up and sees the power coming out of the two witnesses mouth. The West will shudder. Rest in my arms my son and let Me do the work. Its such a joy to hear this. I like to rest and catch a movie and have a good cry. I like to check the Ezine site and see 1000 readers per week. This articles site is a miracle and its such fun writing articles. I am so happy God is going to do the work. Its a big job and it overwhelms me just thinking about it. I like taking it easy on myself. Searching the scriptures for a new scripture is great and writing articles on them is fun and every time I do more people read them which makes me happy again. Follow my Spirit one day at a time and one step at a time. I like getting my orders off the Holy Spirit. Like Him telling me not to sleep tonight but to write this email/article to you The whole job ahead will come one day at a time, and each day will be made up of steps. Like three times today Jesus has me just listen to a hurting person and each time they were so thankful that I listened to them. Its so much fun being at the right spot at the right time. Writing this email is a step as I know how good it feels to get feedback when you do a prophetic word. It makes me feel like asking you for one each week though I know the Father and Jesus and the Holy Spirit are now speaking to me every single day when we have a chat at night and through the day. I dont know how people live without being able to have a conversation with the Father. Learn to follow more and more the inclinations and leadings of the Spirit. This is getting easier and easier each day as I get more used to the Spirit telling me what to do. Now that I know how to test the Spirits it is good to be in the will of God each day and the Spirit just gets you in the right place at the right time to do the right thing. I have to admit I much more enjoy the company of down and out people heroin addicts and public housing poor people then Christians. I eat with them most days on charity food at a church. I love these people and was able to minister to a few today. I cant wait until the Spirit tells me to heal this one and that and to lay hands on people by faith. I love the Spirit leading me. I like talking to Jesus about what we have done after the Spirit has led me to do something and at night before I go to sleep I have chat to the Father about the day and things on my mind. Thats how I ended up typing all night. There is no way you can fail because this is My battle and My war. This is so comforting. People dont seem to realize that the Messiah is going to be in the two witnesses as they walk the earth and the fire that comes out of their mouths is nothing short of Jesus striking people down in a prophetic word. I like the idea where I cant fail. That is very comforting. Not many people have a job proposition where failure is not an option as God is on their side. I feel like King David going to war. I am doing this because that is how much I love My Son I will not allow His sacrifice to be put to shame the way it has been up to now. Christmas and Easter services have not had me go for years. I have no interest in these holidays and pagan festivals. This speaks of a massive last days move of God and this also speaks that most of the modern church is not going to be involved because they dont know how to evangelize. Most of them dont think a rapture is near as they are waiting for a temple in Israel to be built. The church in the West is dead. Few healings and not much proof God is here and living. When blind people see and cripples walk people pay attention to the gospel and the true workers should have all signs following. I have only got a few gifts but at least I use them powerfully. Praise you mighty Father that you have a lot bigger plans for this world then the modern church. It seems being pastor is a career these days rather then a part time job like it was for Paul. Even Paul rented, the greatest apostle sowed his money into the church not himself. We need more full time workers to pastor churches with ten helpers who assist and preach and pastor with him. And more house churches where you have a pastor in each house. You and your companion, the other witness, the woman Will usher in the coming kingdom. Praise you Father. I have done much thought in 13 years and thought of a lot of how I would do things and looked at the best models I have ever seen, its good to see you are going to use me in these last days. LOL You are exciting LORD it means I can sit and watch it like on a movie screen. I will carry you if I have to, I have wondered as my illness has got harder on me in that last ten weeks if you would have to carry me. But I would rather see you take up the sword that has been put on your hand. I recognize My sword is the Word that has been put in my hand and that I can preach the Word on the net and prophetically warn the world until I am in the pulpits in the future. This is why I am glad to write this to Darlene as feedback but also only too glad to publish like a blog. I know whatever I do you will sustain me. You are such a treasure Father. You carrying me or letting me fight with my sword like betting a horse for win and a place, a bit each way. They say the pen is mightier then the sword. I accept that my assignment on earth can only be effected as I try and convince people I know that I am one of the two witnesses. We adore you as does my Son. Adore is a strong love. I saw Jesus sing me a praise and worship song up there and on that day as heaven watched him sing to me I know he adored me. But Father I have been so much a sinner that I dont understand how people in heaven could adore me but I will grow into it as you send more of them to earth to meet me. He is trusting you with his Wife. I know this means both Darlene and the bride of Christ that we will call to put on their bridal wear as we try and wake up the unwise virgins. Use name tags This is easy and fun and it makes the kids feel a bit special. But it is not just about the name tags it is also about using their names. We all enjoy hearing our own name or being addressed by our own name, and our children are no different. Servers should always ask for their names and use it as much as possible. As a person that suffers from a mental illness, times have been hard for me sometimes but often times when all hope seems to be gone I can look back on the visions where I have seen Jesus and I am smiling again. I have been fortunate enough to have Jesus stand beside me on earth and walk beside me on earth. Perhaps its my reward for my exquisite form of suffering I have gone through. One thing is true, the more you know Jesus, the more you want to live for Him. Theres so much I want to give for Jesus and it keeps me going each day. Keeps me breathing, keeps me writing and keeps me giving money out of the little that I have. This love in my heart and I feel it for you I know Jesus mainly as a friend. But I do know Him as Master and King and I do experience Him as Groom. The love I have for Jesus keeps me going and keeps me living to do more and more for Him. He is real to Me, His written Word is true for me, and my love for Him like a wine is maturing through each experience. The closer you get to Jesus the less racist you become and the more understanding and the more gentle you become. Knowing Jesus has real benefits. It also says in Proverbs that the LORD will make a righteous mans path straight. Doing things the LORDS ways may in some circumstances be totally the opposite of what mans mind or instructions would say. This is why these verses exist in the scriptures. I wrote a four hundred page novel called The Fallen Ones and for ten years held on to the hope that one day I was going to publish it. Then eighteen months ago Jesus told me through a song and a scripture verse that I was to throw the novel away. It was very hard to do. Some people were saddened to hear that I had thrown out my novel and yet others were overjoyed as they knew it was not what the Lord wanted for my life. I have watched 9-11 with total peace and Katrina with total peace and watched the tsunami in peace and while the whole world is being affected by global warming I am confident that the Lord Jesus knows exactly what is going on. And the whole world around us is falling apart. Jesus has set me goals to work toward and is giving me things to do each week and in this song He promises me each time it plays that not even my mental illness is going to be able to stop me. Sure I am crazy believing a song, but you should try it. It is so refreshing to have a song to listen to from time to time when the radio is playing that catches you by surprise and brings tears of joy to your eyes. And if this world runs out of lovers We’ll still have each other Nothing’s gonna stop us Nothing’s gonna stop us I’m so glad I found you I’m not gonna lose you Whatever it takes I will stay here with you Take it to the good times See it through the bad times Whatever it takes is what I’m gonna do It seems this whole world is in love with materialism. People run to and fro in search of a new possession and a new lover and meanwhile with my TV, DVD player and computer I am sitting proud as punch like a king. I hardy even use my DVD player and I am not against possessions but I know why James speaks so harshly against the love affair people have with the world. James 4:2-4 2 You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. 4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Jesus has been with me through the good times and He has been with me through the bad times and whatever it takes He is going to do it to make sure I prosper as scripture promises if I obey Him I will prosper. Jesus is such an inspiration. I just thought I would share all this with you.
